Challenge

This property in Loveland, Ohio had 2 roofed structures on it - a home and a garage. Both were suffering the effects of aging and weather damage, including uneven shingles, discoloration, and wood-rot. Luckily, our team was there to set them up with new roofing systems for both structures. 

Solution

Our technicians stripped both of these roofs down to the bare wood structure beneath the shingles. Some of the wood on the garage roof was rotten and damaged, so our team removed it and replaced it. They then installed a weather guard to create a barrier between the outside and the bare wood of the roof. After both roofs were lined, our team finished by installing brand new shingles on both structures. These roofs are now ready to stand up to weather and are more durable and attractive than the original roofs.
