Challenge
This roof in Amelia, Ohio was damaged and discolored from years of weather impact, water damage, and aging. This roof and some of its base wood needed to be replaced in order to keep the home safe and dry.
Solution
This Amelia roof was stripped to its wood base in order for our team to remove and replace the compromised wood. They then installed water and ice proof RoofGuard liner and secured it. Finally, they installed brand new weather-resistant shingles on the roof to prevent future weather damage. This new roof is warrantied for at least 25 years.
