Photo Album: Historic Home in Cincinnati Given New Life After Roof Replacement
Before we can begin the shingle and waterproofing process for this roof, we have to strip it to bare wood. We also replaced any damaged or rotting wood before beginning the sealing and re-shingling process.
Here you can see one of our team members spreading out the ice and water shield liner over the bare wood on the roof.
This liner is designed to protect the roof's wood from ice and water during rain and snow. It will form a base layer for the shingles.
These shingles are placed overtop of the liner and are designed to look 3 dimensional while laying flat to the roof. These shingles are in our granite blaco color.
Album Description
This beautiful and historic home in Cincinnati, Ohio was losing value due to the increased wear and tear on their roof. Luckily, we were able to replace their roof and increase their home's value.
