For this roof replacement project in Cincinnati, OH, our Certified Inspector, Kyle, worked with the homeowners insurance company to get a proper claim. The roof was actively leaking, and was in need of a replacement in order to stop the leaking damages to the interior of the home. After getting the claim, we then replaced the roof with our 50 year "no leak" warranty. The homeowner wanted the Summit Gray colorway of our IKO Dynasty shingles, which are class 3 rated for impact. The result of the replacement was a happy homeowner, free of worry from interior water damage.
