In Ripley, Ohio, we completed two important projects on the homeowner’s garages. For one garage, we repaired the siding by replacing damaged wood panels and installed new vinyl soffit. To finish the look and improve durability, we added 1" x 8" metal fascia trim over the existing wood fascia. Note that this fascia metal installation requires replacement or removal and reinstall of existing gutters, which was also part of the project.
For the other garage, we performed a full roof replacement using IKO Dynasty shingles in Sedona color, a durable choice with a 50-Year NO Leak Warranty. Beneath the shingles, we installed our premium underlayments, including KRS Velora synthetic underlayment and KRS Sealoron XT Ice & Water Shield in all vulnerable areas to ensure maximum waterproofing and protection.
