Serving Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Southwest Ohio
In Ripley, Ohio, the homeowner was dealing with ongoing issues above the bay window on the right side of the house. The flat roofing area and box gutter above had begun to deteriorate, leading to water concerns—especially where the roof met the brick wall of the home. The existing materials had reached the end of their life, and a proper solution was needed to restore water-tight protection.
Our crew removed the failing materials and completed a targeted repair using 0.15 square of rubber roofing for the flat section above the bay window, securing it with termination bars sized at 4ft, 2ft, and 2ft to ensure a tight seal—especially at the transition point where the roof meets the brick wall. We also replaced 1 full square of rubber to reline the box gutter, giving it a fresh, watertight finish. To blend everything in, we matched the repair with IKO Dynasty shingles in Pacific Rim, ensuring both durability and curb appeal.
