We started by stripping the roof down to the decking, making sure to keep the property clean while doing so. We then prepared the decking by replacing parts of it that weren't up to code and installing our waterproof decking tape along the seams. Next, we installed our underlayment system consisting of our Ice & Water shield and our synthetic felt products. Lastly, we installed a white drip metal and our premium asphalt shingles to complete the project. The homeowner was very pleased with our commitment to detail.

Next, we installed our underlayments on top of the decking. The white Ice & Water shield was adhered to all the most vulnerable parts of the roof like the edges, the valleys, and around the vents. The synthetic felt underlayment was fastened everywhere else in the decking.
