We replaced this roof in Fort Thomas, KY, with our Shadow Brown colored IKO Dynasty shingles. This roof was equipped with our 50 year, "no-leak" warrantied system. Before we installed these shingles, we had to: strip the existing roof down to the decking, replace parts of the decking, seal the seams of the decking with weatherproof tape, and install our underlayment.
