This roof had reached the end of its lifespan and was ready for replacement. We began by removing both layers of old shingles down to the roof deck. During tear-off, we found sections of sheathing that were not up to code, so we replaced those to ensure a solid foundation for the new roof.

Next, we installed Tri-Built Synthetic Underlayment across the entire roof for durable, secondary protection, along with IKO StormShield Ice & Water Membrane in vulnerable areas to guard against leaks.

For the final layer, we installed IKO Dynasty AR shingles in the Shadow Brown color, giving the home a clean, updated look with added curb appeal. We also completed the project with all new flashing, drip edge, and hip and ridge shingles for a fully finished, long-lasting roof system.
