Roof Repair Company in Lebanon, Ohio

Roughly four months prior, we completed a chimney flashing repair on this property. Since the work tied into existing roofing, no labor warranty was issued. Unfortunately, the leak persisted. This is Jack’s rental property, and after the tenants called another roofing company, Jack was told the roof needed to be replaced. Trusting our team from previous experiences, Jack reached back out to us for a second opinion.

We recommended replacing the entire front slope where the leaks were occurring, allowing us to confidently offer a 10-year No-Leak Warranty on the elevated gable roof section. The new roofing features IKO Dynasty shingles in Emerald Green with bold black drip edge metal. Since the property is an active business, we took extra precautions during installation—monitoring ground-level activity closely and pausing work when customers were present to ensure a safe environment.
