Active Leak + Mold Discovery - Florence, KY Roof Replacement

During our inspection of this Florence home, we discovered an active roof leak in the attic above the garage, along with mold growth in the attic above the living space. The root cause? Poor ventilation — the bathroom exhaust vents were improperly venting directly into the attic, allowing moisture to build up.

To correct the problem, we installed proper ventilation including two 4” Broan vents and a 3” Perma Boot, ensuring moisture is directed outside where it belongs.

We then replaced the roof using IKO Dynasty AR shingles in Granite Black, providing bold curb appeal and lasting protection. This roof is backed by our 50-Year No Leak Warranty, giving the homeowner peace of mind their home is protected for decades to come.
