Roof Replacement Photo Album: Leaking Roof Replacement in Loveland, OH
This home in Loveland, OH, needed a new roof because there were active leaks forming in the ceiling of the home. We started by stripping the roof down to the sheathing, and then replaced all the damaged wood. We then installed our two underlayments, including our ice & water shield in all the most vulnerable areas. We then installed our IKO Dynasty AR shingles, which are a class 3 impact rating, in the Cornerstone colorway. We then finished the replacement by adding all the details like new aluminum and Rain Drop Gutter Guards. Be sure to scroll through the photos to see the transformation!

Our two underlayments help each other out. The more expensive white underlayment is applied to all the most vulnerable areas of the roof where water could build up from ice.
