This home in Dayton, OH, was in need of a new roof, so we sent one of our HAAG Certified Inspectors out to give a free estimate. After working out all the specifics with the homeowner and their insurance, we agreed to replace their roof with our IKO Dynasty Brownstone shingles. This home kind of had a Kings Island blue ice cream vibe going, so we recommended our Brownstone shingles to complement their light blue siding, (we think our brownstone shade kind of looks like a chocolate waffle cone too).
