Roof Replacement Photo Album: Leaky Attic to 50-Year Warranty - West Chester, OH

This home in West Chester, OH, was in need of a new roof because there were multiple leaky spots in the attic. We replaced the roof with our IKO Dynasty Castle Grey asphalt shingles, our two KRS underlayments, and some new aluminum gutters with Rain Drop Gutter Guards. This homeowner received a 50 year "no-leak" warranty for this roof, so if this roof happens to leak within 50 years, we will have to fix it.
