Existing Roof Algae
Algae had grown on the shady side of this roof over the years. The IKO Dynasty shingles we used to replace this roof are infused with copper, preventing algae growth.
Tarp Protection
We like to use tarps to protect the properties we replace roofs on. We take extra care to make sure no debris is left behind.
Underlayments
Our tan KRS Velora One synthetic underlayment is super strong. Our white Ice & Water shield underlayment is even stronger. The white underlayment goes in all the most vulnerable spots on the roof to water and ice. The tan underlayment goes everywhere else.
Shingles Installation
The white underlayment has a glue backing, which helps seal the nails we install into the shingles over the underlayment.
New Shed Roof
We even installed a new roof on the shed in the same color as the home.
