Roof Replacement Photo Album: Roof Repair in Oxford, Ohio

This existing roof in Oxford, Ohio, needed repaired in order to keep the home safe from further weather damaged. This roof also had two layers of shingles, which was causing heat and moisture to be trapped in the attic. We offered to replace the roof with our 50 year no leak warranty, and the homeowners accepted. When replacing the roof, there was a lot of debris left from the two layers of shingles, which we made sure to clean up entirely. After we replaced the roof, the homeowners were very happy with the entire process. Existing Roof

There were many deformities in the existing roof. This roof was far past due for a proper replacement.

We made sure to cover the decking with up to code sheathing.

Shingle Installation

Here you can see us installing shingles over our tan and white colored underlayments. The white Water & Ice shield underlayment has a glue backing, which helps create a watertight seal when we nail our shingles over it.
