It turned out that the bathroom exhaust fans were not working correctly, causing moisture problems in the attic. The homeowners decided that they wanted us to replace the entire roof so that we could replace the decking properly and remove the mold. When replacing this roof, we made sure to correct the exhaust fan problem and to replace all the moldy wood.
