Roof Replacement Photo Album: New Blue Roof for Home in Cincinnati, Ohio

This roof in Cincinnati, OH, was experiencing active leaks, and the homeowners were ready to replace it. We came out and gave a free estimate, and the homeowners were happy with how thorough the estimate was. They took us up on our 50 year "no-leak" warranty roofing system, and they wanted to change the color of their roof to our Atlantic Blue shade. Another fun little tidbit about this project is that we had to add some additional framing from inside the attic because part of the roof ridge had caved in slightly. Our Ice & Water shield gets installed at all the most vulnerable parts of a roof where water & ice are most prone to build up. Typically, its 6 feet up from all edges, around chimneys, and other vulnerable spots. This shield is glued to a roof. The glue helps create a watertight seal when we nail our shingles over the underlayment.
