This old roof was leaking into the attic and ceiling of the home. We first needed to strip the roof down to the decking to replace it, which we started to do in this photo.

We hung tarps from the edges of the roof down over the lawn to protect the property when stripping the roof.

After we stripped the roof down to the decking, we then inspected it for any damaged boards. We then replaced all the damaged boards and taped the seams in the decking with our waterproof deck taping.

A big part of our roofing systems are our underlayments. As part of our 50 year warranty system, we installed our white colored KRS Ice & Water shield six feet up from all the edges and in all the valleys. We then installed our KRS Velora synthetic underlayment everywhere else.
