To make it right, we installed a full roof replacement using high-performance materials built to last. We used IKO Dynasty shingles in Frostone Grey for a durable and attractive finish, backed by Tri-Built Roof Shield synthetic underlayment and IKO StormShield Ice & Water protection in key areas. We also replaced critical flashing and ventilation components, including apron flashing, Perma-Boot pipe flashing, a ridge vent strip, and IKO Hip & Ridge 12 cap shingles. The result is a clean, leak-free roof that’s storm-ready and rental-friendly.

This Cincinnati home underwent a major exterior upgrade after a damaging windstorm left parts of the roof and siding compromised.
