Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This roof's shingles were very loose and had became weathered down. We replaced this roof the KRS way by stripping the old shingles down to the sheathing, replacing the sheathing that isn't up to code. We then placed our two underlayment's, one a membrane and the other a synthetic. We then installed our Shadow Brown IKO Dynasty Shingles, as well as other finishing details. 

This roof was in okay shape but we could tell that it was time for a replacement. We started by stripping the two layers of shingles all the way to the sheathing, then we replaced the sheathing that wasn't up to code. We than layed down our Tri-Built Synthetic Underlayment and our IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane as well. We then installed IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a shadow brown color. We also added some flashing, edging, and hips and ridges.

We replaced this broken roof in Fort Thomas, Kentucky The Klaus Roofing Way. The owners decided they wanted to keep a similar color to their existing roof, so we went with IKO Dynasty shingles in a Shadow Brown shade.
