We stripped the roof down to the decking, and then repaired all the damaged parts of the decking. We then installed our underlayments; our synthetic felt, and our ice & water membrane. We then installed our laminated shingles, and the homeowner chose our Biscayne colorway. To add some finishing touches, we also installed new chimney flashings and crickets, 4 new perma boots, and a sleek customer skylight with vented impact glass. After the project was completed, the homeowners were happy to know their new roof won't leak anymore, (as backed by our ten year "no-leak" warranty).
