We started by sealing all seams with MFM Roof Deck Tape, then added a base layer of KRS Sealoron XT Ice & Water Shield in vulnerable areas along with KRS Velora One synthetic underlayment for full-deck coverage. New white aluminum drip edge was installed around the perimeter for a crisp finish.

The roof was then completed with IKO Dynasty AR shingles in Castle Gray, paired with matching hip and ridge shingles for a seamless look. We also installed new pipe flashings, step flashing, and Owens Corning VentSure ridge ventilation to ensure the system breathes properly. We also replaced 1 full square of rubber to reline the box gutter, giving it a fresh, watertight finish. To blend everything in, we matched the repair with IKO Dynasty shingles in Pacific Rim, ensuring both durability and curb appeal.
