Roof Repair Before & After Photos

When Shelly and her husband moved into their Lebanon, OH home in 2019, the inspection noted the roof would soon need replacement. This year, a co-worker recommended our team, and we were the first to provide a roof quote. Although they planned to collect a couple more estimates, they decided to move forward with us. We installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the Biscayne color and backed the project with our 50-year no-leak warranty. The home is now fully protected and looking its best.

This home in Troy, OH, had shingles falling off due to old age. The homeowners weren't exactly sure if they needed a roof repair or a full roof replacement, so our Inspector, Kyle, helped explain to them that a full replacement would be best for their specific situation. While we were replacing the roof, we also installed new attic insulation - Owens Corning R38. This roof in Williamsburg, OH, leaked everytime it rained. The homeowners wanted it replaced by a "reputable" company, so they gave us a call to do the job. We replaced the roof with IKO Dynasty - Granite Black shingles. These shingles are class three rated against wind & hail damage, which allowed the homeowners to get a discount on their home insurance rate. After we finished the job, the homeowners were very happy with their new roof. 

We replaced this worn down metal roof section with our EPDM rubber roofing system. On top of that, we also added our RainDrop gutter guards for this section of the roof as well. We then patched in some matching colored asphalt shingles to overlap the two different roofing systems, and to make for a clean cut. This roof comes with a 5 year "no-leak" warranty from us. 

We replaced this roof in Wilmington, OH, with our IKO Dynasty - Shadow Brown shingles. These shingles are class 3 rated against wind & hail, and look great.
