Roof Repair Before & After Photos

This Petersburg, KY home had an aging roof that was showing signs of wear and tear. Shingles were reaching the end of their lifespan, and the homeowners wanted a lasting solution that would protect their home and improve its curb appeal.  We began by tearing off the old roofing materials down to the decking, inspecting for hidden damage, and making any necessary repairs. From there, we installed ice and water protection along the most vulnerable areas, followed by synthetic underlayment to create a secondary barrier against leaks. New drip edge and flashing were added to move water away from the home, and proper ventilation was checked to keep the attic healthy. Finally, we installed the new shingles, sealed everything tight, and cleaned up the property so it looked as good as new. The result is a roof that’s not only beautiful but also backed by a strong warranty for long-term peace of mind.

We replaced this roof in North Bend, OH, to ensure that the home stays safe from weather damage, as the existing roofing system was compromised. In Erlanger, KY, just down the road from Forest Lawn Memorial Park, a new homeowner ran into trouble getting homeowners insurance because of the worn, weathered state of their roof. After reviewing our estimate to replace both the roof and gutters, they were eager to move forward so they could resolve their insurance situation quickly. We installed our 50-Year No-Leak Roofing System with IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingles, then replaced the failing gutter system with new six-inch white aluminum seamless gutters and RainDrop Gutter Guards to keep debris out. Our team also repaired damaged fascia wood, replaced much of the metal edging, and installed 52 feet of new downspout. The project moved swiftly from start to finish, and the homeowner was relieved to have a roof and gutter system that looks great, functions flawlessly, and clears the way for securing their insurance.

The existing soffit on this home in Ft Mitchell, KY was completely busted open over the winter. When spring arrived, the homeowners called us to repair the damage.

We replaced the soffit with white vinyl material and installed matching metal fascia trim to restore a clean, finished look while providing durable protection.

The front porch roof of this Hamilton, OH home had an aging surface that was no longer keeping water out. The old material had begun to fail, leaving the porch vulnerable to leaks and further damage if left unattended. We removed the existing roof down to the wood decking and installed new fiberboard base sheets for a solid foundation. From there, we applied a fresh EPDM rubber roof system, finishing it with termination bars at the eaves and rakes for a watertight seal. The front porch now has a clean, durable rubber surface that will stand up to the elements for years to come.
