This Cincinnati homeowner experienced storm damage to their roof, and during the replacement, we also upgraded the skylights. We installed Velux FCM skylights, known for their quality and durability, to enhance natural light and improve the roof’s overall performance.

The existing roof on this home was due for a full replacement. We began by placing tarps from the roof leading to a large dumpster to catch any debris during the stripping process.

After removing the old roof, we installed our premium underlayments: IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane and Tri-Built Synthetic Underlayment.

Finally, we installed IKO Dynasty AR shingles in Granite Black, providing both protection and curb appeal.

We replaced this roof in Latonia, KY to keep the home safe from water leaks. We began by stripping the old shingles and replacing all the warped wood decking.

Next, we installed our underlayments to protect against wind and water damage. Finally, we installed Granite Black shingles, which are Class 3 impact resistant, offering superior protection compared to many other shingles.
