We recently went out to Greenville, Ohio to do a full roof replacement for one of our clients. When the homeowner first noticed some water dripping above their heads one day, they decided to start shopping for different roofing companies near them. When they saw our reviews, they opted to have one of our Inspectors come out to give a free inspection. The existing soffit for this home in Covington, KY, completely busted open over the course of the winter. When Spring came around, the homeowners wanted us to repair it. We replaced their soffit with a white vinyl material and a matching metal fascia trim.

We did a full roof replacement, starting by stripping the existing roof down to the decking. We then installed our underlayments. Our first underlayment is the IKO Stormshield Ice & Water, a waterproof membrane that is installed several feet above all the spots of the roof that are most susceptible to water leaks. We then installed Tri-Built synthetic underlayment everywhere else, which provides great strength against strong winds. We then topped it off with the IKO Dynasty AR shingles in the Brownstone shade. 

We replaced this roof in Independence, KY, to keep this home dry from some of the scary weather Cincinnati has been seeing lately.
