The existing roof on this home was due for a full replacement.  We stripped the existing roof after we placed tarps leading to a large dumpster from the roof. The tarps help collect any debris that we may have missed from stripping the roof down. After we got rid of the existing roof, we installed our underlayments consisting of the IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane, and the other underlayment called Tri-Built synthetic. We then installed IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a Granite Black shade. 

We replaced this roof in order to keep the home safe from water leaks. We started by stripping the roofs shingles, and then replacing all the warped wood decking. We then installed our underlayments to make sure this house stays safe from any wind/water damage. We then installed our shingles in a Granite Black shade.
