Check out this awesome skylight replacement we did on a home in Cincinnati while we were replacing the roof. 

Skylight: Velux vented solar powered 

This EPDM roof was pretty bent out of shape. The sloping and grading was messed up from poor framework and the gutters needed replaced too. After installing some new framework and the new EPDM roof, the rain water will now drain water properly, allowing it to last a longer time. 

While the old shingles on this house were looking good, the framing and sheathing underneath the house were a liability. We replaced the sheathing where it was not to code on the house, then we layed our KRS Sealoron XT Premium Ice/Water Shield and KRS Velora One Synthetic Underlayment. Then we did a full shingle replacement with IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles in Dual Grey.

This shed was growing algae like crazy and had various other issues that could leave the integrity of the shed liable to damage. We started by stripping all the shingles and added new plywood sheathing sealed by Sealoron XT deck tape. We then added underlayment consisting of KRS Sealoron XT premium ice/water shield and KRS Velora One synthetic. We then added IKO Dynasty architectural in frostone grey. We added some more details by installing, ACM aluminum edges, ridge vents and IKO ridge shingles, and also Geocel 4500 scypolymer roof bonding sealant. 

This homeowner in Cincinnati had some storm damage to her roof, and we replaced the skylights when we replaced the roof. Velux FCM Skylight is the name of the specific skylights used.
