This roof in Bellevue, KY, had experienced some pretty concerning wind damage over the years. Our Inspector, Kyle, was able to count up to nine missing shingles. We worked with the homeowners insurance company to receive a proper claim by taking accurate photos and meeting with the adjusters at the home. After receiving the insurance claim, we then got to work on replacing the roof. We also added our RainDrop gutter guards to help protect the gutter system. The result was a happy homeowner who can now look forward to years of protection.
This Bellevue home not only received a full roof replacement, but also a major backyard upgrade with the addition of a covered porch roof over the back deck.
We replaced the main roof with IKO Dynasty AR shingles in the Brownstone color, providing bold curb appeal and long-lasting protection — all backed by our 50-Year No Leak Warranty.
In the backyard, we added a 16x15 porch roof, featuring Timber frame construction, beautiful tongue and groove (T&G) ceiling, and a durable rubber roofing system with a 5-Year Warranty. To finish it off, we installed a 6" gutter along the edge of the new porch roof to ensure proper drainage.
The result? A fully protected home and a functional, attractive outdoor space the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.
