Here are some cool aerial shots from our drone. The drone shots actually allow us to get a bigger picture of where the roof is most susceptible to weather damage, so we can plan accordingly for the new roof. In those spots, we installed our IKO Storm Ice & Water membrane underlayment, which is adhered onto the roof with its glue backing. The glue will adhere to the nails that we install on top of it for the shingles, making sure water can not enter under the underlayment. We installed IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a Castle Gray shade.

This rental home in Loveland, Ohio had been dealing with leaks caused by storm damage earlier in the year. The existing roof was no longer holding up, and water intrusion had become a concern for both the property owner and tenants.
To make it right, we installed a full roof replacement using high-performance materials built to last. We used IKO Dynasty shingles in Frostone Grey for a durable and attractive finish, backed by Tri-Built Roof Shield synthetic underlayment and IKO StormShield Ice & Water protection in key areas. We also replaced critical flashing and ventilation components, including apron flashing, Perma-Boot pipe flashing, a ridge vent strip, and IKO Hip & Ridge 12 cap shingles.
The result is a clean, leak-free roof that’s storm-ready and rental-friendly.
This roof was beginning to shows signs of deterioration because it was dirty, slanted in, and had slight moisture issues on the sheathing. We replaced the middle of the roof with our IKO Dynasty shingles, Tri-Built synthetic underlayment, and replaced the sheathing that had moisture. We then replaced the flat roof on the sides of the structure by stripping the membrane roofing, then installing new fiberboard base sheets, then installing EPDM rubber with termination bars at the eaves/rakes.
The existing siding for this sunroom in Loveland, OH, needed replaced due to water intrusion, poor insulation, and moisture. We replaced the siding by removing the existing siding down to the sheathing. We then inspected the sheathing for rotten or bad wood, and replaced all the improper wood. We then used Homewrap to protect the wall from water vapor. We then added new vinyl crane board siding in a color that matched the rest of the existing siding. The result is a dry, pretty new sunroom that the homeowners can peacefully enjoy.
