This homeowner called us for an estimate to replace his 20 plus year old roof. After learning about the Klaus Roofing Way, they decided to move forward with the project, and we replaced his roof with IKO Dynasty Biscayne shingles, KRS Sealaron XT Premium ice and water sheild, Velora One Synthetic Underlayment, roof deck tape and Wicker color gutters and Rain Drop gutter guards. 

For this home in Maineville, Ohio, we replaced their soffit and their fascia. The homeowner wanted the fascia in our pebblestone colorway, and they wanted the soffit in clay.

This roof had damage from a slight uptick in weather cycles, so we made sure to replace it The Klaus Roofing Way. The new IKO Dynasty shingles are in the shade of CornerStone, as chosen by the owner. 

Homeowner contacted us because they had a roof leak, and the current shingles were over 20 years old. Upon inspection, there was leakage found and it was determined the shingles were too brittle to do a repair. The homeowner elected for a full roof replacement to protect his home.
