Before:
Roughly four months prior, we completed a chimney flashing repair on this property. Since the work tied into existing roofing, no labor warranty was issued. Unfortunately, the leak persisted. This is Jack’s rental property, and after the tenants called another roofing company, Jack was told the roof needed to be replaced. After:
