Our crews replaced the roof of this Aurora, Indiana, home. Additionally, we replaced the aluminum roof of the back bathroom with a rubber roof to prevent puddling in the future. The homeowner was very pleased with the outcome.

Before, the home suffered damage from raccoons affecting both the gutters and roofing, with rotted siding on the end wall and rake wall above the garage. The roof decking showed signs of softness, indicating wood replacement was necessary. The homeowner also requested soffit upgrades.

After, we delivered a comprehensive roof replacement featuring IKO Dynasty Brownstone shingles protected by our 50-year No-Leak Warranty. A full gutter replacement in Musket Brown was completed for a cohesive exterior update. We replaced the damaged siding trim and performed full wood decking replacement to restore roof integrity. Finally, all soffits were upgraded with a durable vinyl overlay, enhancing both protection and curb appeal.

When we do a full roof replacement, we make sure all the most water susceptible parts are waterproofed. This brick flashing had weathered away, so we made sure to make it waterproof with a gel/seal bond. 

This home had leaking spots in their ceiling, and all signs were pointing to the roof. Our inspector was able to reveal the most susceptible spots in the roof, and showed the home owners where the water was coming from. We then gave them a plan on how we could provide them with a roof that will last, and the homeowners agreed to have us replace it. When replacing the roof, we made sure the foundation was sturdy by replacing all the problem spots on the decking, which is why you can see inside the attic on the before picture. The result of the roof replacement was a couple of happy homeowners in Guilford, IN!

When replacing the roof for this homeowner in Rising Sun, IND, there was a section that needed a new rubber roof. We installed an EPDM section to help keep leaks away from the sunroom. The customer was very happy with the transformation, and looks forward to living underneath a safe roof. We would later go back out to install a new gutter system as well when the weather permitted.
